ABI Mobilram system
Integrated solutions.

The telescopic leaders permit driving and extracting of sheet piles with only one unit.

Thanks to the quick-change docking system, various attachments such as vibrators, auger drives, rotary heads, double rotary head systems and for certain applications hydraulic impact hammers can be fitted. For the leader-mounted vibratory driving of sheet piles, T beams and casings, section lengths of up to 22 m can be used. These machines have integrated power packs. Leader-mounted vibratory driving has an additional effect of pretensioning (sheet pile and leader are guided as one unit).

ABI Mobilram system for auger drilling

Special auger drives are needed to carry out soil loosening work.

The MBA auger drive is ideal for this. Fitted with an injection head, it can also be used for the construction of SOB piles and small- and large-displacement cast in situ concrete piles. It is also suitable for constructing water gauge wells or uncased holes for foundation piles and similar.

Attachments for the telescopic leader

A range of different working attachments is available for the various TM telescopic leader systems.

The telescopic leaders are fitted as standard with a hydraulic quick-change docking system and fast-action hydraulic couplings. The attachments can therefore be fitted and removed in a relatively short space of time.

On sites where noise and vibrations have to be reduced to a minimum, the HPS or HPZ PRESS SYSTEMS are used.

A drill can be attached to the HPS press and used in case of difficult soil conditions. Depending on geology and sheet pile type, pressing or extracting rates can be achieved which come close to those of conventional driving methods.
