Steel grades:

The steel grades used for our hot rolled steel sheet piles comply with EN 10248-1.

On request, steels complying with EN 10025 (structural steels), EN 10155 (weathering structural steels) or other specifications can be supplied. High-strength, weldable sheet piling steels with minimum yield strengths of up to 500 N/mm² can be supplied according to factory specifications.

Interlock designs:

Interlocks allow steel piles to be joined to form continuous walls. The interlocks have to have enough play for joining and be capable of absorbing the compressive, tensile and shear stresses necessary for the wall.

The sections have different interlock designs.
