Glide rails shoring
As well as strongbox panels, cutting panels and trench struts, the glide rail shoring system also features rollers and glide rails. The rollers are bolted on at the side and the struts are connected to the glide rails by a simple wedge connection. The bottom of the glide rail is beveled and can easily be pressed into the soil.
The system is ideal for friable and cohesionless soils and can be used up to a trench depth of 4m.
The strongbox panels and glide rails are interconnected to form a strong bond. The layout of the recesses for the T-head bolts for connecting the struts allows a great many positions.
Double glide rail shoring.
This shoring system consists of double glide rails, strongbox panels and trench struts and can be used up to a trench depth of 6 m. The double glide rail shoring system is notable for the extremely wide spacing of the struts. The system is ideal for replacing existing sewer mains.
Advantages:
- Free pipe openings of max. 2.25 m
- approx. 4.2 m horizontal strut spacing
- One GI-PS strut for 8m2 shoring (3 struts for 6 m trench depth and 4.2 m spacing)
